What is an SLA?
A Service Level Agreement is what allows us to support you on the Anssr platform. If you decide you need support for the Operating System or the software, you can enable either the Essential, Standard or Advanced SLA to instantly get access to a support team to help you with your deployment.
How do I enable an SLA?
Enable an SLA involves a few commands, you should read our guide here.
How do I scale my cluster?
juju add-unit <service-name>
So for example
juju add-unit apache-drill
Would add a new Apache Drill node to any I already had running.
You can of course switch nodes off with
juju remove-unit <service-name>
How do I switch it all off?
You can do it via the GUI at: https://jujucharms.com providing you are signed into your Ubuntu One account. You can also do it via the juju CLI tool:
juju remove-model <model-name>
Can I deploy onto Private Clouds?
Yes, but the support subscription process is different, so get in touch
Are all the products used Open Source?
Most of them! We like to support open source platforms to help users where help may not be available, but we're not entirely devoted to open source, just cool tech!
